I too feel that doing the fanpages and feature thingy is abt too off because I myself have 3 fanpages but I don’t rlly state that in my bio
if I haven’t deleted my feature, you would be seeing some trashy collage there
some ppl are seeking attention but some ARE NOT and I hope u respect that too
because it’s only that group of ppl which are making pc worse

dancing_fireflies spends 1 hour working on all of her collages! and she got 2 features that is not nice for you to be saying that they’ve been taking time out of their days to post amazing collages but when you and others are saying mean things about them that really hurts them
i don't know how long you've been on this app but i've been here a long time and none of this is new. i don't like bios like this either but it's not really anyone's business but the person who owns the account so leave them alone. and yeah, the feature page is mostly garbage collages that people found on google or whatever. but you complaining about it isn't going to do anything. so grow up and do something about it. and if you really hâte this app as much as you say, stop using it. it's that simple.
people have been like this for a long time...? it’s not necessarily my favorite type of bio either. but you can’t blame it on these new users. chances are they just copied it from older users.

I’ve been on this app since 2017-2020 and I took a year long break and I don’t have words at all like people work hard on there stuff like how I work hard on my video edits

I mean, i think ppl work rlly hard so i think it’s okay to share when they feel like they have accomplished something. i don’t think hating on them should be the answer. i also don’t think this is necessarily boasting it’s just sharing things that they have accomplished and feel proud for.

Look, I’m not sure how long you’ve been on this app. It could of been completely different back in 2012/2013. I wouldn’t know exactly what the community was like— as I didn’t have an account at this time— but as I still had the app, I could tell you that the target audience really hasn’t changed much at least on a surface level. However, as someone who has been actively participating in the community since 2016/2017, I will tell you that this is nothing new. Now whether you joined in 2012/2013, 2016/2017, or anytime later or earlier, you’ve gotten older and grown since then. As we grow, our perceptions of how we view things change with it. You remember it being so much better because you were younger— you fit the audience of PC. PC was never primarily made up of professionals, it was always primarily made up of kids. While trends may change slightly over the years, the foundation of making collages have always maintained mainly the same— especially for the younger and newer audience which make up the majority. You’ve just probably outgrown the app that’s all. It’s like going back to play children’s games or looking back at old art.
although, i don’t disagree with you with the feature algorithm for other reasons.
