Okay, so if you're nervous or anxious, try doing the 478 breathing thing. You breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, then exhale for 8. Apparently it really helps calm you down. If that doesn't work I guess just try to distract yourself. Do something thay makes you happy to take your mind off whatever is making you nervous.
