the detail in the hair, and how soft the eyes are!
as for critiques, i recommend making the shoulders a little bigger, or the head smaller. shoulders/necks should be large enough to support heads!

the faces and hair are so well balanced it's incredible. I would say that the head is a little big, but that's my own preference and it still looks amazing.
