hey it's gonna be okay darlin, the storm will pass over soon and you'll be just fine. try to take some deep breaths and count to four while you take them. turn on some music or watch tv to distract yourself. drink some water and just relax. go on google and search up some of those relaxing gifs and follow them with your eyes, it helps me calm down a lot. take care of yourself and get someone to talk to like me or anyone else. stay safe <3
