JEEZ that's a lot
I've been working out this summer. I got a routine going already. My dad helps me with it. My routine takes me over an hour though so I don't do it every day, only on days when I have enough time (which is not as much as I had hoped). I'm almost at a four pack, which has been my goal. πŸ’• I love the feeling of being fit.
I would die after the first step. I don't know what half of those are.
nah, im quite fat. I nearly died once when we had to hold a sumo squat for a minute in PE πŸ˜²πŸ˜‚

I starts getting the four pack during track but it went away mostly until I started working out like a month ago. I usually do about 60 sit-ups and crunches a day as well as 150 Russian twists on a day that I do a full workout. Occasionally I do planks as well and push-ups. I don't know how I'm already getting a four pack though πŸ˜‚
