I have a problem with your second fact. Jesus is God over everything, even his mom. if he doesn't want to answer someone's prayers he won't even if his mom says so. he has the right to do as he wishes justly

actually, he recognizes the authority that his mother has over him. he is human as well as divine, don't forget that.
