honestly this account is so helpful. I came from a really crãppy day, full of self loathing, anxiety, and stress. What makes it worse is that i’m really crunched for time. I have a piano lesson in an hour, a concert tomorrow that I’m barely prepared for, and an essay due on Friday. Not to mention that my mom doesn’t really know what I’m going through and the stress I feel. Sometimes, it feels like I’m choking. My throat gets tight and i have to swallow to breathe. But seeing things like this makes me feel like I can actually do all those things. Gosh, I’m almost crying writing this. Thank you, wholesome. <3
