I don't live in Seattle either but the one time I experienced snow my mom said I didn't like it one bit (I was like 4 at the time)
I was 7 the last time.
It was a full blown blizzard.
No, wait, I was 10. It snowed 3 hours, the stopped dead.
It was then instantly washed away by torrential rain.
Winter sucks here.
Weather wise.
