Hello fellow judges! It's time once again for judging.

This round could be very difficult to judge, but messcenery will take the lead, since this round was designed by them.

So essentially, messcenery will check to see who guessed the aesthetic correctly based on their comments/remixes. Based on the amount of contestants who guessed correctly, we will determine how to decide who gets eliminated.

Good news: everyone participated this round! We will be eliminating three people.

Messcenery gets to choose the round shoutout as well.

basically before choosing your top 3 least favourites of this round, you have read what I mentioned in the remixes. do keep in mind that you have to pick the ones that YOU feel isn’t super close/“out of theme” towards the aesthetic that I chose with is: classy/light academia/going on a museum date kind of aesthetic. do state why they’re your least favs as usual as well :) and if possible why you feel the other four should be the ones going to the next round instead.

my least three favourites (in no order): 1. @ r_rox — I feel that her collage is much simpler compared to the other entries. even though the text is pretty unique, I felt that she could have done better in terms of maybe trying to make a more complexed collage. another reason why I would want to eliminate her is that even though I specifically told everyone to state their reason on how they guessed their aesthetic, she was one of the two/three who didn’t. and basically it means that she didn’t quite follow the rules. 2. @ChasingBlue — same reason, a bit too simply compared to the rest and the aesthetic that she chose (angelcore) who completely different from what I wanted to go with. she did go with a brown colour scheme but her text is really too simple and can definitely be improved with more details and such.

3. @ xxfloflox — I saw through the remixes that she is currently dealing with dyslexia and was struggling with the round. however, I did see that @COLLAGE_SHOWDOWN went ahead and gave her 3 tips so that she wouldn’t be disadvantaged. although I think that she was sorta advantaged by a little, it’s completely fine since she had difficulties with the theme and I apologise for that. I also understand that she took awhile to make the collage but personally I feel that her collage is too cluttered, both the text and the background. the text was also hard to read because she used multiple types of texts for every 3-4 words or so and the colours were different, making it hard to read especially against the background.

why the following contestants should go ahead to the next round: 1. @ elf-king — her collage may be cluttered and messy but I really love how it turned out. and I think the messiness of the collage was what she was actually aiming for. we can see that they used pictures of the emoji clearly in the collage: museum pictures/pillars/wings (of the swan) and so on. I think hers gave a really light academia vibes for me even though she didn’t guess it. 2. @ livinghope- simple but her guessed aesthetic was one of those that was the closest to the theme. the picture that she used was in a museum and yea, it really fit the theme for me. 3. @ urlocalmaniac and @mayayouralive — both guessed the exact same aesthetic (old money aesthetic). again the aesthetic that they chose is very similar to the theme. I really love how @urlocalmaniac’s entry came out and I think hers was more based on a light academia aesthetic which was what I was looking for. for @mayayouralive theirs involved lots of museum like pictures and I got some vintage-y vibes from it. It’s messy but was close to the theme.

It’s definitely very close - I would have trouble choosing a third person to eliminate besides ChasingBlue and r_rox. I liked xxfloflox’s background a lot, but I agree that the text is quite messy!!!

I think that it’s fair, we just have to make sure we do a really good job justifying why for this round, since it was so close

yea, I saw them but they didn’t specify what their guessed aesthetic was. @elf-king elaborated on about how she got the aesthetic but @xxfloflox didn’t.

and yea I agree with @tr0uvai11e, last round many contestants were kinda upset because they got eliminated and well, “gave” us suggestions on how to improve. i know we’re all doing our best for the judging but then again it’s best if we justify why they got eliminated as well.

Yeah, I see what you are saying. I will make sure to include plenty reasoning for each one, especially since this round had such a unique style that many of the contestants have most likely not seen before.
