well I'm not really sure at the moment I was thinking along the lines of girl has anxiety and gets lost in the busiest city in America until she is found by this goodlooking perfect boy who whisks her away to an amazing day in New York. She then realised she has to leave him and this can't be forever until she realises who he actually is
