I've always wondered what hunter under saddle is, could u help me?

so it's basically a class where you are judged on "perfect hunter" gaits (walk trot canter) and how fast you will obey the command so you could be cantering and the say "all walk" you'd have to go right from canter to walk ASAP.

my horse would fail hunter under saddle😂😅

but I might get get my own horse and try hunter jumper
