I can’t stop you but I can say this: You are an awesome person and you don’t deserve any of the pain you are going through. Things will eventually get better for you, you just need to try and stay strong and find ways to cope. And if you need to cry then cry. It does help sometimes, but try your best to not give in to your urges to harm yourself
