how do u make this??

you pick a background and then u search up white and pic any rectangular one, then put your profile pic on it, then write your username in black then in grey with the @ sign under neath the black one then search up Twitter follow button png, then say what u wanna say, then write the date and the time in grey down the bottem , hope this helped a little....😀
