The FitnessGram pacer test is a multistage aerobic capacity test—okay I'll stop.
I am SO glad the fitness gram bûllshît started when I was in eighth grade. After your first year of high school, you can choose to not go to gym again. Of course, in middle school you get randomly selected for courses, and I lucked out with only one gym the entire three years. Good luck to you 🙏
