if u are older than 12/13, then kiss him if you think he likes you, and after you guys start hanging out. if u aren't older than 12, then refrain until you guys start dating, cuz some ppl don't support dating/ kissing at those young ages. and if u kiss him immediately, even if he did like u, he will also start to think ur crazy.
