I think what I was trying to say was that sensory overloads are like when a computer freezes up and crashes after you do too much stuff except your brain is the computer
hm? were you trying to describe sensory overload? cause when I get it it's really bad. I literally can feel sounds. the other day I was in a restaurant and a lot of ppl were there after graduation so there was a bunch of ppl clapping and they were on the other side of the room but it felt like someone was slamming a hammer into my chest and it was super bright except the lights were dim and I was visibly shaking

I can feel everything and it's all amplified and like it's being thrown at me. I legitimately feel attacked and if I'm not in a corner it feels like whatever I know is behind me is falling away so more can come up behind me and....idk kill me?
