a lesson I've learned: someone who has done me wrong isn't inherently a bad person. I've wronged others, and that doesn't make me bad. it would be ignorant and selfish for me not to also recognize the opposite as truth. there are bad people, but there are a lot more good people who have done bad things. be kind. be thoughtful. bitterness doesn't benefit anybody.
