Does anyone have any workout ideas that will cause rapid weight loss? I'm really healthy (run everyday, gluten free, dairy free, no carbs) but I'm not so confident with my body.  Just curious if you guys have stuff that word for you.

10 push ups and sit ups everyday, soon you will be very strong
dont over do it though only 10 of each
