yeah of course by working out you are practically burning off your fat so thts why I exercise & if I dont I will get unhealthy

What kind of stuff do you do in your workouts?
well I go on the treadmill for about 10 minutes then I do this routine of sit-ups & leg-lifts & Russian Twists & a lot of other stuff then I go on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then the whole process is repeated 3 times
