Be sure to get LOTS of rest, ginger (like in tea maybe) might help with the nausea and green tea (both of them help with curing illnesses), my mom usually adds garlic to our soup, be sure to try and drink lots of liquids (especially water), and try taking warm baths in Epsom salt.
