I just layer pngs and overlays a bunch to make those backgrounds. a lot of the editing pngs I find are from WeHeartIt which I forgot to mention earlier. And you don't have to give credit, it's cool❤️

I just use Piccollage and Phonto

Okie, I wouldn't call mine amazing they're like, okay-ish but yeah here are my go-to apps

Pic collage, phonto (paired w/ dafont.com), We Heart it, Line Camera (for making aesthetics), occasionally Pinterest (for quotes), google (also for quotes), Superimpose (to fit it together. Pic collage works for this too, but Superimpose has shadowing and masks and stuff. it's paid, but just look for a free version if you need), sometimes Polarr, for filtering and occasionally Instagram, but just for inspiration.

I just use Pic Collage and add the text on Phonto. Then I just simply come back to pc and add filters and effects.
