i used to be scared of confrontation, but lately ive been more honest with my friends
sometimes ngl it does get a bit much, like i’ll make it very clear that i am offended
basically, anytime you feel threatened or intimidated by someone, your goal is to make them feel the exact same way that you did, if they deserve it. maybe thats the worst advice youll ever hear but its what i do 😂😬

i cant talk to people either, like when im talking with someone, and the convo hits a dead end, i start to fidget with my fingers and i sweat for some reason? 🧐 sorry if thats gross but i hATE talking to others
being good at confrontation is such a hard skill to master but it sucks not having it :((( i legit get an anxiety attack before talking to someone abt something and usually i’m so stressed and theyre just like super chill but my brain is like nOpE pAniC mOdE
