no one does it's a new rule that YouTube has added and many people, like myself are against it. basically it states that if you do anything inappropriate in a video, including swearing, you will no longer be paid for making videos. I just don't think it's fair that all the amazing youtubers out there are no going to be paid anymore just because they swear a little.
