I totally understand how you feel. Trust me, my first year of ninth grade I had terrible anxiety. It was so bad I had to fly to North Carolina to get a "feelings" doctor. I really understand how you feel and trust me, it. will. get. better. Just keep smiling and never loose hope in yourself. I hope this helped and I hope we can be friends. ~ Loren

Honestly, yes! I have anxiety, but I've been able to calm down more, and my attacks happen, well, it's a little personal. I will cry, even scream. Just know, I feel ya!
I as well, struggle with anxiety. I know that it isn't always easy. However, just know that life isn't JUST about whatever your stressing out on. There are other things in life and trust me, it gets better! ❤️ Just remember, there are other people who also have anxiety and are probably even worse then yours. I hope you feel better! 😘 ❤️ 🖤
