I haven't heard them compared but I've listened to others and they are like very similar

like my friends mom thought a 5sos was a different song because it came on on the radio and the intro was like some other song

similar isn't the same though, I mean social causality and sugar sound similar in the beginning

but that's about it from what I can think of
