I can’t remix the png, but I can post it and you can quickly collect it💘

so basically u need a masking app (I use magic eraser). I open a new thing in piccollage and add the collage then go to edit/effects (idk what it’s called off the top of my head but it’s where u can edit the photo). [...]

click “borders” and it shows a bunch of diff borders. add one to ur collage then save the image. next, crop the edit and put it into the eraser app. using the magic wand tool, mask the border you just put on. save the png. then, go to ur main app where u edit (idk what u use) and add ur original pic (the collage w/o border) and set as background. then take the thing u just masked and add it and position it so it looks good [...]

OH WAIT I forgot, make the picture w/o border black and white. then save the thing and ur done. if any of this was confusing i can screen record myself doing it and send it to you (somewhere that’s not piccollage bc you cant send videos here )
