My bad habit is probably always thinking people are doing stuff without me because I have extreme FOMO (fear of missing out)
I think that is mild OCD, but if it gets worse and applies to more things then it'll be bad. Just try to make yourself do what you think will make you die. Also, if you're superstitious, that probably doesn't help.
