so first you post something saying who ever makes me a free icon gets a shoutout

a follower will make you a icon and put it in the remixes or on their page and then if your the first you give them their reward if it's a shoutout then you give them the shoutout if it is a spam of likes then go like a lot of their posts

and don't forget to add decorations on your contest and shoutout
