Hmm… about maybe two or three years 🤔
atta girl! Keep pushing. I have faith in you. No matter what happens, just look up.
Don't stop fighting.
I don't have a mental illness, but I've been in kind of an existential crisis all year. So I have experienced the tiniest fraction of what it feels like to be depressed. I can't understand where people with these illnesses still find the strength to live on, day after day, when their life has become ultimate hêll. And that's how I'd describe people with mental illnesses: strong. You might not think so, but you have an infinite amount of strength for staying alive even when you don't see the point. In conclusion, I'm not pretending like I understand what it's like, but I'm here if you ever need to talk/rant or anything. This goes for ANYONE reading this💕
Keep your head up, Megan. You continue to inspire me every day with your strength and optimism. We love you and you ARE here for a reason, don't forget that❤️
xx💙
I also have anxiety and I had to stand up to 3 whole English classes at school and read a poem I wrote out loud and I had an anxiety attack. I was sweating, shaking, stumbling on words, talking so fast, and hyperventilating. it was horrible because it was my first panic attack that was about 5 months ago and I still have them now but not as bad as that specific one
my sis goes through this too and it's hard but you have so much support and you are beautiful we love you ❤️
thanks xxx
