i hate that my sister is taking advantage of me being too nervous to say no. like, she used to ask me to do small things for her that can easily be done which is fine because it doesn't effect my time and it's a small thing that could save another person's time so of course i said yes but now, she's constantly asking me to do everything for her just out of laziness and i absolutely hate her for that because she KNOWS that i'm too nervous to say no and if i do, she gets pïssed off and the thing is, she's on her period which makes it two times worse. i'm praying that people won't be cruel and do that to me in the future even though it's probably going to happen. i'm fine with helping people with small stuff but not until it wastes my time and i'm treated like a fūcking maid of servant. it kind of reminds me of the girls who crashed a wedding and took advantage of josh's anxiety which makes me even more raged and fūcking pÏSSED as hēll

I'm so sorry. you don't deserve to be treated like that. I know it's hard, but you have the right to say no. just try it. is your sister older than you? dot let her intimidate you. your time is just as valuable as hers.
