I'm really sorry about the school you're stuck in. The competitive magnet I'm going to is an arts school in the city; I'm in for creative writing. Think you could fit in a backpack? Visual arts are next door. 😂 As you were speaking of colleges, their favorite things to see are students overcoming obstacles. If you can find your way into a better school, climb to the top of this one, or get involved with what you're interested in outside of class, then your college essay is basically written. All aside, I wish you a happy school year. ❤️
