your welcome! I have a tutorial account @Sprinkled_Donuts where you can request the full tutorial, but how you do it is you first save the picture to your camera roll, then import it again and blur out the words you want glowing, then you set that as the background and volía! You're good!

i'll give you some tips: try to make your collages UNIQUE, and use a lot of scraps. It doesn't influde AT ALL the likes!😂 And the 100 followers, idk!
