so during marching season i weighed 117 and my waist was about 25, end of November/beginning of December i weighed 104 and my waist was 24 1/2, i checked today and i weigh barely 102 and my waist is 23 1/2 and i skipped my period this month. als

tw weight so during marching season i weighed 117 and my waist was about 25, end of November/beginning of December i weighed 104 and my waist was 24 1/2, i checked today and i weigh barely 102 and my waist is 23 1/2 and i skipped my period this month. also beginning of marching season i was 5’5” and now i’m 5’6”. pls pls if you guys have any tips to foods or work outs that can help me gain weight it would be much appreciated :/
