Not similar to the ones mentioned, but Durarara!!! is really, really good. I'd also recommend Blue Exorcist if you haven't seen it already, it's probably one of my favourites
Tokyo Ghoul and Black Butler are really good, sorry nothing like the ones mentioned though. if you haven't seen Yuri!! On Ice yet it's really good and kind of similar
Attack on Titan and Hetalia (hope that's spelled right) are good.
^neither are like Ouran High School Host Club tho...
