and I have a question: how do you admit you've accidentally lied to someone, and you think that you should tell them, but if you told them the truth, you know it would tear them apart?

If you really feel like you should tell them, I would get set up a time to get together to talk to him/her.

Or just tell them while you can. It will feel better once you’ve told them ❤️
