What are some ways to treat a sore/itchy throat

gargling warm water with salt in it (then spit it out.)

eat ice cream.

drink water!! or tea!!

eat a teaspoon of honey with lemon

or a lemon with salt

I'd just eat crushed ice

I usually drink tea with honey in it, but it only works for about an hour
