it should definitely change up once and a while. maybe like 4 times a year pc can have a “pop page event” where they add one new person to the pop page. the people on it currently are fine, but the issue lies in how often they update the pop page. like I said, they should keep a consistent schedule of when to add people on the pop page. and they shouldn’t choose, they should let people vote.

update it regularly and take off inactive people (people who have been inactive for 2+ years)
