Honestly, my opinion has changed over the years but I think that first and foremost everyone is entitled to their own opinion on the subject and should not be harassed for that opinion regardless of what it is. Because, that's the true definition of equality.

Second, I don't think either party should try to force the other to adhere to their beliefs. You are free to share your opinion but do it in a respectful and dignified way.

Third, I am not 100% sure due to conflicting and confusing studies but I do belief gay individuals are born gay and that you can NOT make them otherwise and that the pursuit of which is foolish. I am not a Christian but I believe that it is pointless for Christians to try and "force" gay individuals to be straight as that is impossible.

Fourth, I believe that it is not the place of religious organizations to try and take action against gay individuals. GOD is the one who made gay individuals. They were obviously meant to be that way. Let HIM choose HIS plan for them and don't try to take matters into your own hands as you did not create them. I am unsure at the moment how certain laws regarding gay individuals should affect businesses religiously. Either way it seems you are taking away someone's rights... So that's a tricky one.

Fifth, I don't think lgb and t should be in the same category. Neither do many lgb individuals as there is a critical difference between the two and I don't address them the same.

Long story short, as long as you don't have to pay for them with your taxes, feed them at your table, or are affected by them some way personally without your consent...it's not really your concern how they live their lives. You are free to live, believe, and raise your children as you wish but don't try and enforce your beliefs on other people. You can share them but don't enact them on other people who do not agree to your beliefs. This goes to both sides of the argument.

As far as transgender individuals I do not, as of today, believe that they are actually a girl in a guy's body and vise versa but rather a male with female tendencies. I also believe that due to the forty percent suicide rate regardless of whether they feel supported or not entails that there is some form of depression disorder or other mental disorder that coincides with it.
