Here are some pronouns. Personally, I have never met/seen anyone who uses anything other than she/he/they. This isn't to say that they aren't valid, just that they aren't common. So yeah, learn them, but I somewhat doubt you'll have to use them.

I think out of the other ones, zie is the most likely one you will come across.
