re//: no problem, and that’s ok, as long as you have somewhere nice to go to escape from everything. I used to hide in the library too. if you’re too nervous maybe just try and find an email or something for someone, or ask your tutor (if you even have a tutor idk) for some help. for the past year I tried to bring myself to knock on the pastoral office door yet never did, so I just sent them an email and boom a 121 meeting was planned for the next day and I’ve been doing it ever since. I wish you all the best, I hope things get easier for you soon, you see, like such a nice and kind person, you don’t deserve this and I’m sorry all this is happening :((
