the after part of cutting makes you relieved and your arm is in shock and pain

yeah that's true. I'm also so hocked at what I can do to myself.

I understand but cutting is not ok I dont know why people think it is if your cutting you need to get help

I know it's not ok and I have got help for it but things don't magically fix when you've got help but it does get better slowly

I know it does not "magically" disappear it's a process of help .. I was just making a comment
