The worst days are when you have a track/cross country meet on heavy flow. Am I the only one who hasn't ever worn a tampon? My mom and sister don't wear them so I don't either. And then people ask why I'm not going to go swimming and it's like "Uhh..... I don't feel good." Boy cousins are the worst.

@LatteBunny, it does for some, and doesn't for others. Don't worry about it, very rarely are cramps very painful. Most girls can go throughout their day normally, if a bit uncomfortably. Meds help! ❤️ -Hannah
