ok guys. HELP MY WRIST IS MAKING ME ALMOST CRY!!! my dad still wont accept its really bad,I can barely move it,theres a lump where there shouldn't be,its on the bottom of my fingers ,I cant lift it up, its REALLY SORE.WHAT DO I DO?

put a brace on and make sure it's tight. Then occasionally ice. I had a wrist injury and this worked. Hope this helps!😂💕👑🌸

If your parents wont do anything about it. Tell your teacher or guidance counsellor when u can cuz they HAVE to do something about it. if not them, your principal

u should probably let ur parents know again how much it hurts. put some ice and run it in cold water maybe? maybe ring up a doctor and let them know xx hope this helps❤️
