how do u do that

I pull pics from pic collage and make my collage than I save the collage to my photos and reloaded on another app. from there I use a filter and than one word at a time type out what I want to say with different fonts. than I place them were I want resave it to my photos than go back on pic collage and click that photo and make it my background. then I just post it. lol
