most definitely wisdom..you know more by experience, you learn from the experience and you pass it on to others. It makes you more aware of others and the world around you. Intelligence is much louder, Wisdom is much more immediately effective. With intelligence, you get out of a problem cleverly and inspire people to follow your lead. With wisdom, you avoided the problem entirely and are often ignored. Hard to say which has the better impact.
