Well obviously I'm against bullying, so if it falls into that category than I'm against it. It's also wrong if it's meant to hurt someone. But I know some comedians base their entire acts off comedy like that, and I think it's funny, because they really aren't trying to hurt anyone. But yeah. Bullying someone or intentionally hurting someone's feelings is wrong. Why do you ask?
