I used 2 apps to make this lock screen: Phonto and PicsArt. So all you do is screenshot your lockscreen/passcode, and then you open PicsArt. You take 10 photos (they can be vibrant pastel, celebrities, or anything you want) and you shape crop them into circles. Place them where the numbers would be on the lock screen. Then you open Phonto and put on the numbers and letters. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. If you don't understand how to make it, I can make a tutorial for you.
