so basically I have a BIG problem

so basically the problem is that I have a bf and I have a crush . I sit next to both of them in English and yeah it's really awkward. the boy that I have a crush on likes me aswell but my bf is his mate and he doesn't know that we like each other ... if I tell him he will go mental and then they will get in a BIG argument and I don't know what to do !!!
