ppl ask why I go to bed late and they think I'm just staying up talking about like makeup and boys or whatever. truth is I'm either talking someone down or they're talking me down

I know that. thats why i listen to music cant be left alone with my thoughts cause of what happened last time i tried not listening to music

I can relate to this so much. I honestly feel I would have died already without music. It's gotten to the point where if I don't have my phone, I will literally sing myself to sleep.
