we don't think we're punk, Many of us are pretty open when it comes to music and can actually listen on real punk as well
like me, I'm from a family where punk music is something everything listens on but that doesn't stop me from listen on other genres in alternative
I used to only listen on punk but then I got more open
many of those bands are often influenced by them bc they grew up listening on bands like The Clash or Ramones
but I respect your opinion
